Intimacy of God- 02/01/2025

If you have ever watched a potter molding his clay, it is immediately apparent that something precious is being created. There is an intimacy as the potter forms his masterpiece into the desired shape. At some point or another, we will all ask the question, "Why am I this way?" We are all formed by the Potter with a specific purpose, but our true worth lies in the intimate process of being formed. When we question God, He reminds us that He has the right to make the clay as He sees fit. This is not the response of a cruel God. On the contrary, these words have the power to heal us because it is the root of the problem. We find joy and become an honored vessel only after we finally submit to the Potter.
