Peace In the Release- 12/07/2025
We live in a time when people are more anxious, unsettled, distrusting, and overwhelmed than ever before. Even though we have more awareness, more language, and more resources than any generation before us for mental and emotional health, anxiety disorders are still at an all-time high. A 2025 poll found that 43% of adults feel more anxious than they did just a year before. But the truth is, these feelings of restlessness, unease, and anxiety are never the real problem. They are symptoms of a deeper pain, cries from a deeper longing, voices speaking of a deeper need: the need for peace. Every single one of us is born into the world with this ache. And as we grow, many of us turn to anything and everything around us in hopes of finding it. But at best, the world can only offer momentary comfort, temporary relief, a quick distraction from the noise inside us, not the deep peace our souls were created for. So, the real question we must ask is this: What is true peace, and how do we get it?
