Day Six: The Trials and Crucifixion of Christ

Prayer: Lord, your Word teaches us that we are all separated from You by our sin (Isaiah 59:1-3). Help me to have a heart that meditates on the reality that You suffered betrayal, arrest, false accusations, separation from God, and the fullness of God's wrath for me. Thank You that because of Your death on the cross, faith in Christ means I don’t have to endure those things. Amen.
